Master Service Agreement

01. Parties

This Master Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between IntakeOne (“Company”) and the entity or individual identified in the Billing Details of the associated transaction (“Client”).

02. Services

Company shall provide a managed 24/7 digital intake infrastructure, including the deployment of a custom AI agent and coordination of lead-routing workflows to Client’s designated contacts.

03. Fees & Billing

Service Fees: Client agrees to pay the one-time Setup Fee and the recurring Monthly Service Fee as specified on the associated Stripe checkout page or payment link used to initiate this Agreement.

Recurring Billing: Following the initial payment, the Monthly Service Fee will recur every 30 days via automated electronic payment.

No Proration or Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. No prorated refunds or credits will be issued for partial months of service or "unused" days following a cancellation notice.

04. Term & Cancellation

Service is month-to-month. Client may cancel at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation notice is commonly provided via email to zack@getintakeone.com.

Cancellation Policy: Upon receipt of a cancellation notice, Client will retain full access to the digital intake infrastructure through the conclusion of their current paid billing cycle. No further charges will be processed for subsequent months, and no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the current period.

05. Liability

Company provides digital tools and managed services. Client is solely responsible for lead data handling and compliance with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, TCPA).
